Social leadership is defined as the capability of working creatively, effectively and constructively with individuals, groups, communities, families and organisations for the purpose of promoting social justice, catalysing social change as well as addressing social, community and individual issues. The organisation employs more than 3,000 professionals and has and over 200 service centres Australia wide. The commitment of the organisation is to support people in need as well as those who are disadvantaged.
